This 60-inch Comstock-Castle combination unites a pair of high-output open burners, a full-size 24" x 24" griddle, and a matching 24" x 24" radiant char-broiler—giving you the freedom to sauté, sear, grill, and griddle in the same compact footprint.

  • All-stainless exterior, welded angle-iron framing, and double-wall insulation for a cooler, longer-lasting unit.
  • Six independent brass gas valves with standing pilots for instant, zone-by-zone control.
  • Front cold-zone grease troughs plus extra-deep removable drawers speed up end-of-shift clean-up.
  • Factory-installed ¾" NPT regulator; field convertible for Natural (4" WC) or LP (10" WC) gas.
