Comstock-Castle “Castle Series” 24" Countertop Gas Griddle

Built for busy commercial kitchens, the Castle Series 3224MG packs rugged construction and 50,000 BTU of even heat into a compact 24" wide footprint. Two manual “H” burners deliver fast recovery, while a highly-polished ¾" thick steel plate turns out perfect pancakes, burgers, eggs and more all day long.
