Built for busy breakfast bars, food trucks, concession stands and short-order kitchens, the Castle Series countertop griddle delivers professional, even heat on a compact 18-inch footprint. A full-inch thick polished steel plate teams up with twin burners and snap-action thermostat control to give you the response and consistency you need service after service.
