With 266,000 BTU of total firepower and a rugged welded frame, it is engineered to survive the daily demands of high-volume restaurants, catering facilities and institutional kitchens.

- 30" raised griddle – 3/4" thick polished plate with stainless-steel mesh flame spreader, 24" x 18" warming rack below, and (2) manual controls for precise zone cooking.
- 30" char-broiler – angle-iron radiants over straight-tube burners bring steak-house searing power to your line.
