Built for the busiest sculleries, the Energy Mizer® S-B powers through sheet pans, stock pots, and oversized skillets while using just 3 gallons of water per rack. Its straight-through, double-rack design moves ware quickly, and a low-temperature chemical cycle eliminates the need for costly booster heaters—saving energy without sacrificing sanitation.
