Cleveland Range 55" Open Equipment Stand – Model ST-55 with Dual Sliding Drain Drawers & Splash Shields
Built to match the rugged performance of Cleveland kettles, mixer-kettles and skillets, the ST-55 stand delivers rock-solid support, integrated drainage and the long-lasting durability of all-stainless construction—everything you need to keep your cookline organized, sanitary and code-compliant.
Key Features & Benefits
- 100 % stainless steel top, legs & 1 ¼" square-tube frame for maximum corrosion resistance.
- Open-base design keeps the floor clear and simplifies cleaning.
- Two removable combination drain drawers with built-in splash shields catch condensate and food liquids—simply pull, empty and sanitize.
- 1 ¼" NPT drain pan nipple allows the stand to be hard-piped directly to a floor drain for continuous, hands-free drainage.
- 18" working height ensures ergonomic loading/unloading of table-top kettles and skillets.
- Level-adjustable feet; rear feet are flanged for secure floor bolting.
- Engineered to fit one twin or two single Cleveland units, including: KET-3-T, KET-6-T, KET-12-T, SET-10, SET-15, KDT-3/6/12/20-T* (and TKET-12-T on model ST-55-T).
*Direct Steam Adaptor Top (accessory AK) required for Direct Steam KDT models.
