Produce up to 704 portions per batch without a boiler line. The Cleveland KET-20-T combines a high-pressure 50 PSI steam jacket, precision electronic controls and a smooth lever-tilt design to deliver fast, repeatable results—safely and cleanly—in any commercial kitchen.

• Self-contained 2⁄3 steam jacket is factory-sealed with treated water—no venting, refilling or external boiler.
• ±1 °C solid-state thermostat maintains set temperatures from 145 °F–260 °F (63 – 127 °C) for perfect simmering or rapid boils.
• IPX6-rated splash-proof controls withstand high-pressure wash-down.
• Rugged 316 SS liner & 304 SS exterior resist acidic foods, corrosion and heavy-duty cleaning chemicals.
• Balanced lever tilt with self-locking marine-style latch and anti-drip pour spout allows one-hand, mess-free operation.
• Reinforced rolled rim eliminates the weak “bar rim” found on lighter kettles.
• Rear-mounted pressure gauge & relief valve discourage tampering yet stay easy to read.
• 6″ height-adjustable stainless legs with rear flanged feet level and anchor the unit securely.
• Meets or exceeds UL, CE, NSF, CSA & ASME standards for safety and sanitation.
