Model KEL-60-SH | Cleveland RangeBuilt for high-volume, fuss-free production, the Cleveland Short Series™ KEL-60-SH brings 60 gallons (225 L) of consistent, even heat to your kitchen—all in a compact 34.8 in. rim height that’s easy to access and clean. A full steam jacket, solid-state controls (±1 °C accuracy) and rugged 316 stainless steel interior deliver the performance and durability demanded by today’s busiest operations.
