With fast, even heat, effortless manual tilting and an acid-resistant 316 stainless liner, you’ll plate up to 320 four-ounce servings per batch while reclaiming valuable line space.

Utilities & Clearances
- Locate under a hood with adequate make-up air.
- Maintain 3" (76 mm) clearance on rear & sides for service access.
