24" wide · 200,000 BTU/h · NickelGuard™ self-draining boilerBuilt for demanding commercial kitchens, the 24-GM-200 delivers a powerful 200 MBTU steam supply in a compact 24" stainless-steel cabinet. Cleveland’s NickelGuard™ technology automatically blows down the boiler at shut-down and refills on start-up, keeping maintenance to a minimum while maximizing uptime. Pair it with kettles, steamers or braising pans—or use it as a stand-alone steam source.
