Cleveland Range – Model 24-EM-24 (24 kW standard) • also available in 36 kW & 48 kWCompact, powerful and built for round-the-clock reliability, the Cleveland 24-EM-24 steam generator delivers high-volume steam from a sanitary 24″ stainless steel cabinet base that fits neatly beneath kettles, steamers or countertop equipment. Automatic self-maintenance features slash downtime and labor, while solid-state controls keep every batch safe, consistent and on time.

Feed-water quality requirements
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS): 50 – 250 ppm
- Hardness: 50 – 200 ppm (3 – 12 gpg)
- pH: 7.0 – 8.5
- Chloride: ≤ 50 ppm • Free Chlorine: ≤ 0.1 ppm
- Silica: ≤ 13 ppm • Mono-chloramine: ≤ 0.1 ppm
- Total Alkalinity: 50 – 100 ppm
Using water outside these limits may shorten equipment life and will void the boiler warranty.
