Designed for busy commercial kitchens, the Cleveland Classic Convection 24-CSM delivers rapid, even steam production in a compact 24-inch footprint. Its exclusive fan-free convection jets, rugged stainless-steel construction and instant-steam standby mode keep production high and downtime low.
