Two roomy, pressure-less compartments let you open the door mid-cycle, load another pan, and keep the production line moving without skipping a beat.

Utility Requirements

  • Install under a suitable vent hood; flue diverter supplied.
  • Unit must be hard-wired—do not connect to GFCI outlet.
  • Required water quality: TDS 50–250 ppm, hardness 3–12 gpg, pH 7.0–8.5, chlorides < 50 ppm.
