Double your throughput without doubling your footprint. The Gemini 10 pairs two completely independent gas-fired steam generators with Cleveland’s SureCook™ precision controls, so you can run different menus side-by-side and still finish every batch at peak quality and speed.

Installation & water quality notes
  • Unit must be installed under a ventilation hood with adequate make-up air.
  • Recommended water quality: 50–250 ppm TDS, 7.0–8.5 pH, < 50 ppm chlorides.
  • Regular descaling is required; Dissolve® Descale Solution (#106174) sold separately.
Important: Connecting the steamer to a GFCI outlet or using untreated hard water may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Always follow local codes and the Cleveland installation manual.
