  • 3 ¼" wide angle slides on 6" centers accept:
    • (10) full-size 18" × 26" bun pans
    • (20) half-size 13" × 18" pans (two per tier)
    • 12" × 20" steam-table/hotel pans (capacity varies by pan depth)
  • End-load design for fast pan access in tight aisles.
  • (4) 5" × 2" heavy-duty swivel plate casters with Zerk grease fittings & non-marking wheels.
