Engineered for extreme temperatures and heavy, everyday use, the Channel Manufacturing CPS54H oven rack rolls seamlessly from blast chiller to deck oven without missing a beat. Its fully welded 304 stainless steel frame, high-temperature casters, and generous 6 inch pan spacing make it the workhorse your kitchen can count on.

  • 6 in. angle spacing provides ample clearance for roasts, sheet-pan meals, and improved air flow.

  • (4) 4 in. full-swivel, high-temperature phenolic plate casters with zerk fittings – rated 475 °F continuous / 575 °F intermittent and down to –45 °F.
