Engineered for today’s high-volume bakeries, commissaries and food-service kitchens, the CPS54H delivers rock-solid durability, smooth mobility and reliable performance from –45 °F blast chillers up to 575 °F bake cycles.

  • Double-section, side-load design holds two full-size (18" × 26") pans per level — 24 pans total.
  • Generous 5" slide spacing ideal for bulky roasts, proofing dough or cooling product without crowding.
  • All-welded 18-gauge, Type 304 stainless steel frame & slides resist rust, corrosion and cleaning chemicals.
  • Factory-installed 4" full-swivel phenolic casters with zerk grease fittings: 475 °F continuous, 575 °F intermittent, –45 °F for blast chillers.
  • Ships fully assembled & ready for use; no field welding or hardware required.
  • NSF listed for food contact and proudly made in the USA.
