Model 401S-OR • NSF Listed • Made in the USABuilt for the punishing temperatures of commercial bake, cook-chill, and retherm operations, Channel Manufacturing’s single-section oven rack delivers rock-solid 304 stainless-steel durability, smooth maneuverability, and the capacity you need to keep production moving. Fully assembled and ready to roll straight into the oven or blast chiller, it holds up to twenty full-size sheet pans—or forty half-size pans—on 3 inch centers.

- End-load configuration for quick front loading & unloading.
- (20) 18" × 26" pans or (40) 13" × 18" half-pans (2 per shelf) on 3" slide spacing.
- 4" all-swivel phenolic plate casters (model CPS54H) with Zerk fittings: • 475 °F continuous • 575 °F intermittent • to –45 °F for blast chilling.
- Non-marking wheels; casters bolt on for easy service.
- Delivered fully assembled; CAD drawing provided for customer approval.
