Description
Coldmaster® CM110303 is a 1/3-size divided chilled food pan with refrigerant gel insulation and a 6 in depth. The divided format splits into two sixth-size food pans.
- Designed for standard sized food pan templates.
- Freeze at 0°F (-18°C) for a minimum of 8 hours before use, then fill with refrigerated product at or below 40°F (4°C).
- When used as instructed, Coldmaster food pans maintain 40°F (4°C) or below for 8 hours at a 76°F (24°C) ambient temperature.
- Made from impact-resistant, recyclable ABS plastic in black.
- Commercial dishwasher safe and recommended for cleaning.
- Do not heat in an oven or place on top of burners.
