Get perfectly held food from kitchen to serving line—every time. The ST1820 couples Carter-Hoffmann’s legendary stainless construction with a lift-off convection heater that blankets every rack in steady, even warmth.

Key performance features
  • Removable, top-mounted convection heater—pre-heats to 160 °F (71 °C) in ≈ 25 min; holds up to 200 °F (93 °C).
  • Full-range thermostat, on/off toggle & dial thermometer, each protected by welded security guards.
  • Universal slides on 1.75" (44 mm) centers lock in place; standard 3.5" spacing fits:
    • (12) 18" × 26" sheet trays or
    • (24) 12" × 20" steam-table pans (GN 1/1 & 2/1 compatible)
  • All-welded, double-wall stainless body with 1" fiberglass insulation for maximum heat retention.
  • Heavy-duty push handles (5 total) mounted to sides and back with reinforced plates.
  • 6" all-swivel polyurethane balloon casters in wheel-ahead layout; two casters lock for secure parking.
  • Recessed, double-panel door with high-temp silicone gasket & flush slide latch—no snag points during transport.
  • Wrap-around non-marking vinyl bumper guards walls, door frames & the cart itself.
