Roll-in compatible with Rational™ CombiMaster®, SelfCooking Center® & Electrolux 202 oven racksTake product straight from the combi to the serving line—no pans to transfer and no temperature drop. The Carter-Hoffmann RTB201 keeps an entire roll-in rack of cooked food hot, safe and ready, giving you the speed of combi cooking with the flexibility of remote holding.

Simple 3-Step Workflow
- Roll the hot rack directly from the combi oven into the RTB201.
- Remove the rack handle and close the magnetic Dutch doors.
- The blower system circulates heated air evenly, holding food safely until service.
Pass-through doors, stationary leg base and other factory options are available. Local codes may require a vent hood—always verify with your authority having jurisdiction.
