Engineered for the demands of correctional and other high-abuse environments, the PH188 keeps bulk food hot, safe and ready for service. Heavy-duty stainless construction, tamper-resistant hardware and a removable forced-air heating module deliver reliable performance shift after shift.

• Top-mounted removable convection heater with blower for even temps; pre-heats to 160 °F in ≈25 min and holds up to 200 °F.
• Universal slides accommodate (6) 18 × 26 in sheet pans or (12) 12 × 20 in steam-table pans at 3 ½ in spacing; adjustable on 1 ¾ in centers.
• All-welded, double-wall 304 stainless steel cabinet with turned-in seams and 1 in high-density fiberglass insulation.
• Correctional-grade safeguards: tamper-resistant fasteners, control guards, heater & rack hold-downs and lockable transport latch.
• Recessed, double-panel door with high-temp silicone gasket and welded stainless butt hinges (⅜ in pins).
