The PH1830-RS is a mobile, insulated heated holding cabinet with a bottom-mounted forced-air heat system.

Universal slides accommodate (32) 12" x 20" pans or (16) 18" x 26" pans.
Slides have 3-1/2" spacing and adjust in 1-3/4" increments.
Stainless steel construction includes a wrap-around bumper and 6" swivel casters.
