Rugged enough for the loading dock yet refined for front-of-house service, the PH181 keeps cooked food hot, fresh and safe while you move it from kitchen to buffet, banquet room or off-site venue.

  • Universal slides with 3.5" fixed spacing accept (6) 18" × 26" sheet pans or (12) 12" × 20" steam-table pans; slides adjust on 1.75" centers for custom configurations.
  • Lift-out, bottom-mounted forced-air convection heater delivers even airflow and cleans easily outside the cabinet.
  • Heats to 160 °F (71 °C) in about 25 minutes; thermostat adjustable to 200 °F (93 °C).
  • All-welded stainless-steel cabinet with 1.5" high-density fiberglass insulation for exceptional heat retention.
  • Double-panel door with 270° swing, high-temperature magnetic gasket and flush sliding transport latch for a tight seal and damage-free transport.
  • Transport-ready design: full-perimeter wrap-around vinyl bumper, heavy-duty 5" all-swivel polyurethane casters (2 braking) in wheel-ahead pattern, and dual reinforced push handles.
