Keep food hot, fresh, and ready for service—no matter where it’s needed. The Carter-Hoffmann PH125 combines rugged stainless-steel construction with a powerful 1 kW forced-air heating system, giving you banquet-quality holding performance in a compact, easy-to-maneuver footprint.

Load up to five standard 12" × 20" pans, latch the insulated door, and the PH125 will pre-heat to 160 °F (71 °C) in approximately 25 minutes, maintaining temperatures up to 200 °F (93 °C) with even, gentle air flow.
