Designed for everyday abuse in high-volume kitchens, the O8619 keeps 18" × 26" pans organized, mobile and protected in a compact, low-profile footprint.

  • Holds (19) full-size sheet pans on 1 ½" centers for maximum capacity without sacrificing airflow.
  • All-welded, high-tensile 6463-T5 extruded aluminum frame—corrosion-proof, lightweight and built to last.
  • Interlocking wall-type angle slides with ½" ledges permanently welded to uprights; no screws to loosen or trap food soil.
  • Compact 39 7⁄16" height rolls easily under standard worktables or into walk-ins.
  • Reinforced bottom frame with internal tubular cross members prevents twist and sag under heavy loads.
  • Four 5" all-swivel platform casters with sealed ball bearings and non-marking tread for silent, omnidirectional movement.
  • End-loading design speeds up pan access in narrow aisles or crowded prep areas.
  • Factory options available: caster locks, corner bumpers or a full perimeter bumper.
