Give every plate that “just-finished” taste. The Carter-Hoffmann hotLOGIX HL9-8 uses active heat and humidity to keep moisture-sensitive entrées, sides and baked goods at serve-ready quality for hours—right on your cook line, banqueting station or catering cart.
