Keep up to 120 pre-plated entrées hot, safe and ready to serve. The Classic Carter™ delivers even, reliable heat in a rugged, fully welded stainless-steel cabinet that rolls effortlessly from kitchen to banquet room.

  • Bottom-mounted 1,600 W forced-air heater preheats to 160 °F (71 °C) in about 20 minutes and maintains up to 200 °F (94 °C) for uniform plate temperature.
  • Completely welded, double-wall 20 ga/24 ga stainless-steel construction for years of heavy-duty service.
  • 1" thick high-density fiberglass insulation (1 1⁄2" on top) locks in heat while keeping the exterior cool to the touch.
  • Industrial 6" polyurethane casters (two swivel with brakes, two rigid) mounted in an offset “wheel-ahead” pattern for smooth travel over thresholds and carpet.
  • Tool-less removable heater and shelves for fast, no-hassle cleaning and service.
