Classic Carter™ Mobile Heated Banquet Cabinet

Holds up to 120 covered plates – 12" diameter

Built for hotels, convention centers and high-volume caterers, the Classic Carter™ keeps pre-plated meals hot, safe and ready for flawless service. Rugged stainless-steel construction, rapid heat recovery and smooth-rolling casters make it the banquet cart you can count on shift after shift.

  • 120-plate capacity without carriers (plate + cover height ≤ 2.5").
  • Bottom-mounted 1,650 W blower heater distributes even heat up to 200 °F and removes tool-free for cleaning.
  • Preheats to 160 °F in about 20 minutes, ready before the first plate leaves the pass.
  • Fully welded, double-wall stainless-steel cabinet with 1" fiberglass insulation for maximum heat retention.
  • Three heavy-duty, duplex nickel-plated wire shelves (48" × 25")—lift out for bulk pans or wash-down.
  • 6" industrial polyurethane casters—offset “wheel-ahead” pattern glides over thresholds; two swivel casters lock.
  • Wrap-around vinyl bumper and full-width push handles protect staff and facility surfaces.
  • Flush, heavy-duty sliding latch and concealed stainless hinges stand up to years of banquet service.
  • cULus, UL EPH and NSF/ANSI 4 listed.
