The Carter-Hoffmann Classic Carter™ is a fully-insulated, single-door banquet cabinet that holds up to 180 covered dinner plates (12-3/4″ Ø) and plugs into a standard 120 V outlet. Rugged construction, fast heat-up and smooth mobility make it the professional’s choice for hotels, resorts and caterers that refuse to compromise on meal quality or timing.

• Completely welded, double-wall 20 ga stainless steel cabinet with 1″ fiberglass insulation (1-1/2″ on top).
• Wrap-around non-marking vinyl bumper protects walls and equipment.
• Heavy-duty 6″ polyurethane casters (2 swivel w/ brakes, 2 rigid) in “wheel-ahead” pattern for effortless transport.
