Designed for high-volume banquets, weddings and plated meal service, the Classic Carter™ BB120X keeps up to 144 entrées hot, safe and ready to serve—no plate carriers required. Its powerful, removable heater and rugged all-stainless construction deliver the reliability caterers and hospitality pros demand shift after shift.

  • Fully welded, double-wall 20 ga stainless exterior and 24 ga interior for extreme durability.
  • 1" thick high-density fiberglass insulation (1 ½" on top) reduces heat loss and energy use.
  • Heavy-duty 12 ga stainless base frame with wrap-around non-marking vinyl bumper protects walls & doors.
  • 6" industrial polyurethane casters (2 swivel w/ brakes, 2 rigid) in wheel-ahead pattern glide over thresholds.
  • Single stainless door with concealed 5/16" hinges and flush sliding latch for secure transport.
  • Full-width tubular push handles on both ends for easy maneuvering.
  • Dial thermometer with remote sensing bulb gives instant temperature read-outs.
