Keep every plate hot, safe, and ready to serve. The mobile, single-door Classic Carter™ BB120 holds up to 144 pre-plated meals (8.75 – 10.5 in Ø) and pre-heats to 160 °F in just 25 minutes, so banquet service stays perfectly on schedule.
