Camtherm® CMBH1826TBF194 is a tall-profile, hot-only electric holding cart with solid double doors and a granite sand polyethylene exterior.
Its capacity includes 12" x 20" food pans in multiple depths and 18" x 26" sheet pans. Adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, a rear-mounted heater, a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer support hot holding operations.
Molded-in handles and bumpers, a serving top with vent, a menu clip, and front swivel casters with brakes support movement and service.
