Cadco GG-HT3 is a 3-bay heat package for CBC-GG-B3 carts. It includes six 2-1/2-inch-high half-size stainless steel steam pans and three clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lids with metal hinges.
The package has electric controls and an outlet for a register. It is rated at 120V/60/1-ph, 7.5 amps, and 900 watts. A register is not included. The heat package must be factory-installed and added to the purchase order when the cart is purchased.
