The Cadco CMLB-CSG combines a warming cabinet with a removable 28" x 14" stainless steel buffet server top and a clear polycarbonate sneeze guard.
Two variable heat controls adjust from 155°F to 205°F, with one control for the cabinet and one for the top warming shelf. The lower cabinet may be used as a food or plate warmer.
