The Cadco BLS-4HLD-2H is a double-stack half-size electric convection oven station with an open-base stand, ventless hood, digital touch controls, and stainless steel construction.
Digital controls manage time, temperature, and humidity, with three baking steps, up to 99 saved programs, and 12 Quick Access programs. The ventless hood uses vapor capture and condensing and requires a water connection plus a drain line or floor drain for installation.
