The Cadco Bakerlux™ BLS-4HLD-2 is a double-stack, half-size electric convection oven station with an open base stand. Each oven holds four 1/2-size sheet pans; pans are not included.
Digital touch controls manage time, temperature, and humidity settings. The ovens provide three baking steps, a 10-hour timer or continuous-on operation, and storage for up to 99 programs, including 12 Quick Access programs.
