The Cadco Bakerlux TOUCH BLS-4FTR-1 is a full-size electric convection oven station with an open base stand, four shelves, and a 4 cu. ft. interior that holds four full-size sheet pans. Sheet pans are not included.
Digital touch controls support time, temperature, and humidity settings, with nine baking steps, storage for up to 99 programs, USB programming capability, Wi-Fi, and data-driven cooking. The oven also features two automatically reversible fans, two fan speeds, an interior LED light, and a side-opening double-wall cool-touch glass door.
The station has heavy-duty stainless steel construction and includes an electro valve for direct water connection. Electrical specifications are 208-240 V, 60 Hz, single phase, 5900-7600 W, 32.0 A, with a NEMA 6-50P plug.
