The Cadco Bakerlux TOUCH BLS-4FTD-1H is a full-size electric convection oven with an open base stand and full-size ventless hood. Its 4 cu. ft. interior holds four full-size sheet pans; pans are not included.
Digital touch controls provide time, temperature, and humidity settings from 175–500 °F, with nine baking steps, a 10-hour timer or continuous-on mode, and storage for up to 99 programs. USB programming and Wi-Fi are specified.
