The Cadco Bakerlux BLS-4FLD-2 is a double-stack full-size electric convection oven station with an open base stand. Each oven holds four full-size sheet pans and has four shelves; sheet pans are not included.
Digital touch controls manage time, temperature, and humidity, with three baking steps and storage for up to 99 programs, including 12 Quick Access programs. The ovens have automatically reversible fans with two fan speeds, and the fan and heat shut off when the door is opened.
