The Cadco BLS-4FLD-1 is an electric full-size convection oven with an open base stand, a 4 cu. ft. stainless steel interior, and capacity for four full-size sheet pans. Sheet pans are not included.
Digital touch controls manage time, temperature, and humidity, with three baking steps and storage for up to 99 programs, including 12 Quick Access programs. The oven includes two automatically reversible fans, two fan speeds, an interior LED light, and an electro valve for direct water connection.
