The Cadco Bakerlux™ TOUCH BLS-3HTD-2 is a double-stack, half-size electric convection oven with an open base stand.
The unit has a 3.2 cu. ft. interior, three shelves per oven, and capacity for three 1/2-size sheet pans. Sheet pans are not included. Digital touch controls manage time, temperature, and humidity from 175°F to 500°F.
- Programmable cooking: Nine baking steps, a 10-hour timer or continuous-on operation, and storage for up to 99 programs.
- Connectivity: USB programming capability and Wi-Fi for data-driven cooking.
- Construction and operation: Heavy-duty stainless steel construction, an automatically reversible fan, two fan speeds, interior LED lighting, and automatic fan and heat shut-off when the door is opened.
