The Atlantis CAFR-501 is a full-size, 8 qt. stainless steel chafing dish for buffets, catering services, hotel breakfast buffets, banquets, meetings and other foodservice occasions.
Its stainless steel body, cover and frame are resistant to warping, heat, rust and corrosion. The roll-top cover opens at 90° and 180° and includes a streamlined handle. Each set includes one food pan, one water pan, one cover and two fuel holders.
The CAFR-501 is compatible with multiple configurations of standard GN food pans, and replacement parts are available for purchase.
