Frequently Asked Questions
BUNN's standard warranty for all other equipment is 2 years parts and 1 year labor from the date of installation.
The warranty excludes misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation or operation, improper maintenance or repair, non-periodic cleaning and descaling, poor water quality, damage or casualty, and normal wear items such as seals and gaskets.
You must notify BUNN promptly, follow any requested return instructions, and receive prior authorization confirming the equipment is under warranty.
BUNN may choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund the purchase price at its sole discretion.
