The Thermalloy® 576207 is a full-size rectangular combi grill tray made from cast aluminum. Its two-sided open grill design provides increased airflow and supports searing.
The 3-layer PolyFlon non-stick coating and consistent heat conductivity support traditional grill marks and uniform results on meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.
