The Blue Air FSE LLC BSR23GP-HC is a one-section, 23 cu. ft. reach-in refrigerator/proofer with a full-height hinged glass door and stainless steel interior and exterior.
It includes four adjustable wire shelves, digital controls, LED interior lighting, and a self-contained refrigeration system mounted at the bottom. The unit accommodates full-size sheet pans, which are not included.
