The BLMT48-D2L-HC is a two-section mega top sandwich prep table with 13.1 cu. ft. of capacity and an included 18-pan top configuration for 1/6-size pans.
Its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system provides a 33°F to 39°F temperature range. The unit includes two drawers, one self-closing door on the right, two epoxy-coated wire shelves, a 9-1/2-inch cutting board, a side rail cutting board bracket, and an insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider.
The cabinet has a stainless steel interior and exterior, four 4-inch swivel casters with two brakes, self-diagnostic digital temperature controls and monitoring, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and a NEMA 5-15P power connection.
