Description
The Blodgett INVOQ 201BE is a roll-in electric combi oven steamer with a 15-pan capacity for half-size sheet pans or full-size hotel pans. It uses a HybridSteam system combining injection steam and boiler steam.
Touchscreen controls support SmartChef, MenuPlanner, CombiSense, CombiSpeed, Delta-T and Cook & Hold functions. The oven also includes an external temperature probe, built-in hand shower, USB port and HACCP functionality.
CareCycle provides tablet-based automatic cleaning, while the stainless steel exterior and interior and triple-pane glass door support everyday commercial kitchen operation.
