The stacked Blodgett BX-14E gives you two independent boilerless combi ovens, each ready to steam-on-demand, roast with dry heat, or do anything in between. From delicate pastries to center-of-the-plate proteins, the four-speed reversing fan, precision Vario Steam™ and removable core probe deliver consistent results shift after shift.
