Built for demanding commercial kitchens, this BK Resources chef table combines a knife-friendly hard-maple work surface with the strength of an all-stainless cabinet base. The result is a single station that handles prep, plating, and under-counter storage while meeting the strict sanitation standards of NSF.

  • 1 ¾" thick hard maple bakers top – sanded smooth and edge-grain for maximum durability
  • 4" coved riser on back and both sides keeps flour, sauces, and utensils from slipping off
  • T-304 18 ga. stainless steel cabinet body resists corrosion and cleans up fast
  • (1) set of front hinged doors for enclosed storage; factory-installed door pulls
  • Extra supporting “C” channels under the top prevent sagging during heavy dough work
  • 6" stainless steel legs with 1" height adjustment for easy leveling on uneven floors
  • Stainless steel bullet feet – no rust, no plastic to crack
